Kristi attended the University of Arizona in Tucson where she graduated cum laude with a Business of Science degree in Economics. While at the University of Arizona, she was a three-year recipient of a merit-based scholarship covering all fees and tuition. She also worked for three years as an advisor in the Financial Aid Department assisting parents and students navigating the financial aid process. Kristi received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego. While at USD, she had a paid internship with the Center for Public Interest Law, monitoring and reporting on the activities of California’s state agencies in the California Regulatory Law Reporter. Kristi was admitted to practice law in December 1996. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court’s Central and Southern District of California.
After graduating law school in San Diego, Kristi worked in civil litigation handling personal injury, business litigation, and estate planning matters. After Kristi relocated to Ventura County, she spent 10 years at home with her two children. During this time, she was an active community member and served for six years as a PTA board member at her children’s dual immersion school. Her husband, Marc, is also attorney. In their free time, they enjoy camping and reading.
Kristi has been an important part of your team since 2019, managing probate and trust administration and litigation, conservatorship, and guardianship case files.
Rikki manages conservatorship case files in addition to all of the firm's client records and relations. Rikki is currently enrolled in a paralegal certification program at Oxnard College.

Vivian K. Christiansen

Vivian has over 20 years experience with estate planning and post-death administration issues, both as an attorney and previously as a tax and estate planning paralegal. She focuses her services on the areas of California estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorship and guardianship matters.
Vivian's many years as a hands-on paralegal provided invaluable experience that enable her to better understand each client's needs. Vivian also gained strong leadership skills, organizational capabilities, and the ability to communicate with clients to ensure that they receive the highest quality of service.
Vivian is a life-long resident of Ventura County, has two adult children, and resides in Ventura with her cattle dog Rocko.
